You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items — completely free of charge.

📦 How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at contact@choiceends.com with your order number.

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

3. Please package the item securely and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.

📌 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimates/underwear (for hygiene reasons, unless unopened)

💳 Refunds

• We will issue refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

• Shipping costs (if any were paid) are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Just return the item and place a new order. We’ll refund the original item once received.
